Nikki Gerling has a very successful career, is mum to two very active teenage boys, is on numerous boards and voluntary committees and manages it all with efficiency that is second to none. 

A truly inspirational, compassionate and highly skilled leader, Nikki shares her leadership career in a not so sexy industry where she has excelled. Nikki offers a lot gems including the skills we need as a leader such as empathy and managing ambiquity. Nikki shares her success freely and I thank her for her time.
