Description

In an unprecedented move, the four prosecutors that pushed for the maximum seven to nine-year

prison sentence following conviction of Roger Stone, all stepped down from the case with one resigning

entirely from the Justice Department. This move came quickly on the heels following an overturn of the

sentence from the Department of Justice, recommending a lesser sentence if a conviction is found. Many

claim that this move was nothing more than theatrics already planned out far in advance to build

sympathy for a future cause, this however still will be a move that is going to be remembered; good, bad,

or indifferent.

Ever since the gag order was placed on Roger Stone (a long-time friend of the show) information from

his side of the story has been only been gleaned from what can be pulled from filtered national sources.

This week on The Malliard Report, Jim sits down with someone that is as close to the source as one can

get without having Roger on again. This week Jim welcomes Roger Stone’s attorney and advisor Tyler

Nixon to the show to discuss what lead up to the point that it is now, what the future may hold, and

openly expresses his thoughts and opinions on those that are involved.

This is a great episode because Tyler is incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter he discusses

and does so in a manner that is easily understandable; breaking down the events, people, and actions

that led to this particular juncture that we are in politically. To say that 2020 will be a rollercoaster is a

vast understatement and Tyler believes the same. Citing factions splitting within parties, neck biting from

candidates, and just all-out the turmoil, it will be a strange one for sure. Tyler keeps a relatively low online

profile but can be found on Twitter @TylerPNixon and it is recommended you give him a follow. For all

Who are the four prosecutors (Mueller people?) who cut and ran after being exposed for recommending a ridiculous 9 year prison sentence to a man that got caught up in an investigation that was illegal, the Mueller Scam, and shouldn’t ever even have started? 13 Angry Democrats?

All four Roger Stone prosecutors resign from case after DOJ backpedals on sentencing recommendation

Trump tweeted early Tuesday, calling the initial sentencing recommendation "disgraceful" and a "miscarriage of justice."
