U.S. Air Force nurses, members of the 62nd Medical Brigade based out of Joint Base Lewis-McCord, Washington, work with their civilian counterparts on a Covid floor at Sanford Medical Hospital, Bismarck, North Dakota, on Nov. 30, 2020. They are working alongside civilian providers and other U.S. Air Force and Army medical personnel within the hospital to help mitigate a surge of COVID-19 cases in the region. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency in support of the whole-of-America COVID-19 response.
