Thi is an international man of business, over his 18 year career with Siemens he has physically moved countries 5 times, he speaks 5 languages and as you will hear he is German.
He started his career as a process analyst and quickly became CIO of Siemens Vietnam, he also served as the CFO of a Siemens subsidiary in Spain and now he is the Head of Operational Excellence for Siemens Digital Industries.
Thi has a ton of experience in project management, process mining, automation and technology. His most recent project helped Siemens advance further into their digital transformation by automating over 10 million manual process from teams around the world. He did this all with a team of just 3 people.
