She was previously CEO of Lifetise, a consumer wealthtech platform, which she co-founded.
Caroline was recognised as a Senior Leader in Fintech on the Women in Fintech Powerlist in 2020 and 2021.
She also runs Hive Founders, a global accelerator for female founders to raise investment capital, and Womankind Ventures, an angel syndicate.
