With episode 1 we take a deep dive into the Cancer, Sex & Intimacy project to date, why it came to exist, and the gaps we found were present in our own cancer experiences. We are also joined by two of our project collaborators: Renee Denyer who is the award winning manager at the pioneering pleasure focused sex shop Sh! and Emma Willis co-CEO of Shine Cancer Support, a charity supporting people in their 20s, 30s and 40s. Join us as we talk about toys, taboos and the importance of community. You will also be introduced to the now infamous ‘Passing the Dildo’ section that takes place at the end of every episode.
