As Venezuela enters a new phase in negotiations people are struggling to find gasoline in a country known as having the world’s largest oil reserves. It’s another key into the shortage crisis that has left Venezuelans without money, food and medicines and complicates the people’s struggle into freedom from the chavista regime that’s still in power.
