Voices week 2
Description
This is Week 2 of our Sermon Series, Voices!
Throughout this series, we’re hearing from leaders in our church as they teach us about the why behind what we do.
This week in our Voices series, we hear powerful messages from Pastor Corey and Pastor Dakota as they share what it means to live a life laid down for others and go all in for God’s House.
📖 Pastor Corey takes us to Luke 10 and challenges us to love others the way someone once loved us. From the parable of the Good Samaritan, we’re reminded:
• The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy — but Jesus meets us right where we are.
• We don’t have to get it all together before we come to Jesus.
• Jesus paid our debt, and now we’re called to help others through their struggles.
• Love isn't passive — it looks like laying down our lives and reaching for the next one.
📖 Pastor Dakota shares from Psalms 26, 2 Corinthians 5, and Philippians 3, calling us to go all in for God's House:
• There's no place like the House of God — it's what you've been looking for.
• It’s not a long-distance relationship; it’s a daily dying to self.
• God's House builds us up in a world that tries to tear us down.
• We’re called to leave an impression, love boldly, and live out our faith with passion.
💡 Whether you're new to church or have been walking with Jesus for years, this message is a reminder that God is reaching out to you — and we’re called to do whatever it takes to love, serve, and lead others.
