OK WE'VE SEEN IT. from vsco girls, to tik tok dances, to boy bands, to chick flicks, to buying ukuleles and singing riptide = BEING A WOMAN (teenage girl to be specific) IS A JOKE (to men apparently). for CENTURIES, women's existence has been mocked. we are walking jokes. our likes and mannerisms are embarrassing and worth to make fun of. i ask a simple question today...WHY DO MEN LOVE MAKING FUN OF WOMEN??? WHY ARE THEY SO OBSESSED WITH US? why do girls in my school LITERALLY avoid my most misogynistic classmates? why are we intimidated by them? why do we always feel self-conscious of what we say around men? this is actual societal bullying and psychological violence against women (& gnc men), and today, I'm decoding it.
