In his 697-page tell-all, Moos details clandestine meetings with former Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby. According to Moos, the Big 12 was not only receptive but offered Nebraska a full revenue share from day one. He argues that Nebraska’s culture—rooted in the heartland and classic rivalries—never truly meshed with the academic and coastal leanings of the Big Ten.
