Happy Aloha Friday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul discuss Thursday Night Football to lead of the day, seeing the Seahawks continue a fast start behind Sam Darnold as they took down the Cardinals with a game-winning field goal.


We continue the football conversation with a look to the weekend ahead for Hawai'i as the Rainbow Warriors travel to the continent to face Air Force in the last game of a 6-week marathon before their first bye.


We close out the first hour talking about our takeaways from the first open practice of the 2025-26 season for the Rainbow Wahine basketball team, highlighting our favorites from Day 1.
