In 2020 Roland has founded Breathe. With Breathe he is enabling entrepreneurs, founders, owners, and shareholders with Evergreen capital and holistic expertise to focus on emerging and manifesting the (higher) Purpose of their companies and to operate in service of all stakeholders with no end horizon.
