This amazing case control publication identified that forward head posture influences sensori-motor integration and athletic functional skills tests. Specifically, as the FHP increases, athletic skill test performance is altered negatively. We identified an increased in Time on the T-test, a decreased vertical leap, decreased static and dynamic balance in persons with increasing FHP
