We had so much fun last week we decided to do another Weed Thought episode. This time we've got Doom with us for a botany rant all about the controversial Carl Linnaeus.
If you're familiar with biology or botany you'll most likely be familiar with who Carl Linnaeus is, he's credited as the person that came up with binomial nomenclature. Many different people have different opinions about him and Doom is quite passionate about talking about him. So passionate that we let her partake in our favorite plant 🍃 and ramble on about him.
Who is Carl Linnaeus? Why is there such a big controversy around him? What was his life like?
