In this episode Rebecca Jones and Aboodi Shabi are joined by Karen Foy where they begin their discussion about, ‘Why Research Anyway’, looking at the benefits of research for coaching. This is followed by our, ‘Spotlight on Research’ segment, where, in this episode we focus on a paper by Panagiota Trom and Jolenta Burk, which looks at coaching, positive psychology, and gratitude. The episode finishes with an expert interview with Patricia Riddell, a Professor of Applied Neuroscience at the University of Reading, who discusses how neuroscience can be applied in solving practical business challenges.
