This podcast is a recording of a class given by Rabbi Menachem Wolf at Spiritgrow Josef Kryss Center. In this talk Rabbi Menachem Wolf explains what a soul is as explained in Jewish mystical texts. Did you know that it is not just people who have a soul but animals, plants and even objects have souls. Sometimes the soul of a person can come back in the form of an animal or plant, but why? Menachem explains what the purpose of reincarnation is and the many reasons why it may take place.
This talk concludes with a meditation based on the class.
