A big welcome back to EAU Guideline gurus, Dr Derya Tilki (Martini-Klinik, Hamburg, Germany), and Dr Gianluca Giannarini (Santa Maria della Misericordia University Hospital, Udine, Italy), for an overview of the major headlines from this year's EAU Guideline update.
