In this episode, we sit down with Dr. Kayla Willis.   Kayla talks about recently completing her doctorate and recent dissertation.   After 2020, students are leaning into online classes more and more, and in many cases it's harder to retain those students.   How can we, as a college, help these students persist through online learning and be successful?   Being the main topic of her dissertation, Kayla shares her research and thoughts with us, and also how everyone at the college can help students be successful.
