You spend plenty of $ on marketing. Your "experts" at the agency assure you it is well spent. Here's how to know for sure. If you don't know which ad effort your customers are coming from, then you don't know where to keep spending on ads, right? I would liken it to trying to lean a ladder against the wall to paint, but you don't know which wall you are supposed to paint.
