Humans are plagued with various fears in this world, which drive us to multiple responses. This is the same case in our text in Exodus 20, where we see the Israelites drawing far from God when they witnessed His tempestuous entry at Mount Sinai. However, as seen in this text, God's intent has always been to draw near His people by displaying His person to them which creates a holy and awe-filled response in them. Kelvin Mwenda, in this sermon, seeks to show us that you can fear God rightly and not be afraid of Him.
