I first heard the term "The Lesser Self" by my friend Ryan Fletcher. I was aware of the concert. Call it what you will. the evil wolf in the Cherokee parable. Call it the ego. Call it negative energy, call it what you will, it's the version of ourselves that keeps us from seeking joy. In this episode I go into detail on what the Lesser Self is and offer a good way to defeat it..I also introduce to you a book that changed my life.
