In this podcast episode I talk about how I've developed a mindfulness mindset and how you can start to create this in your own life.

I touch on five key areas I've learnt about living more consciously and how it has hugely changed my outlook in life. From developing self awareness to being aware of your thoughts, surroundings and actions. 

There are so many benefits when you start to think, feel and do things that are more mindful in your life. You start to prioritise what truly makes you happy and for me this year it has been my health and well being. I also provide practical tips and techniques during the episode on how you can start to incorporate mindfulness in your day to day life. 

I really encourage you to take action toward prioritising yourself by developing a mindset that will help you live your best life. Don't be afraid to get support from others around you when it comes to starting this journey. 

I want to conclude this episode by highlighting the internal changes and personal growth I have personally experienced by developing my own  version of a mindful mindset.
