Description

Sometimes cops will reach out, even if no one’s under arrest. In this episode, we talk through what to do if police call you or show up at your door, and how to respond if they cross the line.

Editor’s note: A Feeney warrant may not have “Feeney” on it. However, it will specifically state that it allows police to enter a “dwelling-house” to arrest you. To authorize police to enter your home, that section of the warrant must be filled out. Some arrest warrants that are not Feeney warrants may use a form with a “dwelling-house” section attached without being completed.
