What’s still possible with “Jersey Fresh.”

We got these fine tomatoes at the Asbury Sunset Market 4 days ago. Blogfinger photo. 11/12/25. Eileen Goldfinger set this up. And there are still some more Jersey Fresh available as long there are no frosts. Eileen picked some of her parsley and basil to freeze. And she made cranberry sauce with fresh Jersey cranberries. (see below)

We are still finding some fresh picked delicious Jersey tomatoes . The Sunset market is now done, but I bet that Delicious Orchards still has these.
Hinck turkey farms in Wall are no longer taking Thanksgiving turkey and dinner orders.
As for Delicious Orchards “Bell and Evans” turkeys, this year they are offering small “brine” turkeys which are soaked in salt making them a bit salty and with crispier skins. They also have regular turkeys in various brands available in large sizes unbrined. Kosher meets are also soaked in salt.
Don’t forget DO for their famous pies, cider donuts, produce, etc. But go soon before the rush.
