When sales is the only profession you love: Take your daily Vitamin S with Pascale Hall
Have you heard of leapfrog skills? They are skills that are acting like levers – a small amount of input can generate a big outcome. Coaching is one of those skills. It is a skill you need whether you are leading a company, a small team or you are simply an individual contributor.
In both life and work, the success of an individual can depend heavily on when and how they are guided, mentored or coached. The key is to know how to adjust your words and message based on the specific context, situation and person.
It might sound like an easy skill, but it is harder said than done. As a successful woman in sales Pascale Hall knows a lot about how important coaching is. Knowing what good looks like and then coaching your sales team to it, can be the difference between winning and losing.
In this episode shares about starting her sales career and some of the skills, she learned that helped her succeed, such as: not jumping to conclusions especially when working with different types of people, constantly learning and adjusting to your environment.
If you are looking to improve your own sales skills, I have a great offer for you.
