It has recently come to light in an article from La Presse that just six years after its opening, the Pont Samuel‑De Champlain is already showing visible signs of rust and deterioration. Hellen Christodoulou is a civil engineer (PhD) with more than 40 years of experience in bridge and large-infrastructure design, rehabilitation and forensic analysis across Canada and the United States. She spoke to Ken Connors.
