Other countries did burn down there forests and are environmentalmy awful but that doesn't change the fact that if the Amazon goes humanity is stuffed. The fraction if inspired oxygen we breath would drop from 20 to 16% around the globe and that's really bad. Not to mention the massive jump in co2 emissions toasting the planet. If the planet has to go to war with Brazil to prevent mass extinction then so be it.
