Description

Ethan Lindenberger never got vaccinated as a kid. So one day, he went on Reddit and asked a simple question: "Where do I go to get vaccinated?" The post went viral, landing Lindenberger in the middle of a heated debate about vaccination and, ultimately, in front of a US Senate committee. Less than a year later, the high school senior reports back on his unexpected time in the spotlight and a new movement he's leading to fight misinformation and advocate for scientific truth.

I wish the vax injured, and lives lost would start a movement. I brought my completely healthy boy in with a vaccination reaction and was told it was not due to vaccinations. There is no accountability, they just tried to have me give him more vaccinations. Until this is acknowledged and change happens, parents who have experienced this and others who aren't just following misinformation will continue to choose to not vaccinate. I'm thankful I stopped vaccinating, and that my child wasn't permanently injured. I wish vaccinations were safe for all children but they are not.

I'm happy people of all backgrounds thoughts and beliefs are watching and listening to TED. Disagreements and debates are healthy.

the scientific truth is that the safety of vaccines have never been proven and HHS has conceded to that fact during a lawsuit by ICAN. Ethan is a joke and we all know it. the scientific truth is, vaccines can kill and permanently injure. the scientific truth is, scientist don't know how all this happens yet because science is NEVER settled.

Briana Benson So let's go back to the middle ages right? Because science is never absolutely 100% sure. Every theory is right until disproven. So in the mean time let's reject it all together. I hope you reject also technology because it's not 100%safe. So to be coherent I am hoping you don't use cars.

Briana Benson I know I won't convince you. Anything I say will make you dig in harder. I wish a lovely day.
