The costume, worn by Carter during the shows run from 1975 to 1979, was part of Heritage Auctions The Stewart Berkowitz Television Treasures Hollywood/Entertainment Signature Auction. The sale also featured other legendary superhero costumes, including Adam West and Burt Wards original Batman outfits, which together fetched $575K.
