We chat about how he deals with being a black man in a predominately white environment at the highest level. (He said It can be a very lonely space.) Dealing with the shock on some faces when he entered a meeting room and turning up and people thinking he was the Uber driver. He explains what steps we have to take as a community to move forward and how in the future we can get more of our young people engaged at an earlier age.
