You’ve Been Served is a story of retaliation and resistance, juvenile bullying and justice, abusive harassment and having the fortitude to stand up and fight back. It’s also the story of learning to navigate the Rules of Civil Procedure and the arcane administrative and bureaucratic minutia of US courts – from figuring out how to file answers and write motions to conducting discovery and subpoenaing evidence. This podcast chronicles the journey of a Pro Se defendant in a completely bogus and frivolous lawsuit as he learns how to represent himself pro se in a court of law and fight back against attempted harassment, intimidation, and abuse of the civil legal justice system.
