Each week, each day you have moments and thoughts where you think, "I just can't it right or figured out."
You start to expereince negative thoughts which only create more negative and intrusive thoughts.
If not kept in check you will find yourself have thoughts that seem unreasonable and unimaginable.
Yet they seem real and true.
You have even considered suicide when you know suicide is the last thing you would ever do.
You believe you are struggling and will always continue to struggle.
