It would be foolish and unwise to ask for a job without proper skills and requirements. Why would you take on an assignment knowing well that you are not build to maintain it? Relationships are built. They are like a house that needs specific skills, commitment, and work ethic. You can't acquire an assignment and leave it unfinished or undone. Most of us think we lack good people, but what we actually lack is the ability to build whatever we sign up for. Are you ready to build what you signed up for? Are you even aware of the task that you have been assigned to? If you can answer these questions then you will know if you are a builder. You won't be afraid of challenges. You will be able to face anything because you understand that nothing good will happen unless you make it happen. The quality of your relationships is proportional to the amount of efforts and care you put in.
