We have certain ideas of how we "think" we should feel or perform in our workouts at our age. But bottom line: We will never feel the same way we did when we were 20. We won't be able to throw as far, run as fast, hit as hard - and so on and so on. You have to learn to be okay with that and work to just be as fit as you can for the age you are.  You might even surprise yourself.
