Zach Bitter is an American ultramarathon runner who holds world records for the 100-mile run (track) and the 12-hour distance world record. He is an endurance coach and the host of the informative and popular Human Performance Outliers podcast, a show that goes in-depth with guests who explore their outer limits, along with research in a wide variety of sports, fitness, and nutrition-related topics.
