美國政府商務部再度對中國的華為以及關係企業擴大制裁。不僅將更多家公司放入出口管制的實體名單之中，更增加法令解釋範圍，令華為產業鏈脫鉤。

US Commerce Department added another 38 Huawei affiliates to the Entity List to further restrict Huawei access to US technology and supply chain. On the other hand, the US Defense Industrial Base is pleading with the US government to lax the interim rule for section 889 a(1)(B) of 2019 NDAA.
