If there is one thing I would love to go viral for, or gain notoriety for, it would be the creation of a program that encourages companies to invest in developing careers to those without degrees. I’m not looking at this traditionally, but rather like an apprenticeship, where skills are learned in place somehow. And earned work credits, where some number of years of continuous experience in the field becomes universally accepted to be the equivalent to a degree.
