On the 26th of April, after recently having my gallbladder removed in an emergency visit to the ER on the 22nd of March, my body alarmed me about my appendix (a small appendage or pouch sitting at the junction of the small and large intestines). The surgery went as planned with the exception of the appendix connection basically disintegrating upon contact. I'm recovering very well, with only slight pain at the incisions. I'd like to share my perspective on what it all means to Me, what it has taught Me, and what changes for Me.
