Sam is solidified as the new Captain America in Captain America: Brave New World, demonstrating to everyone that he is capable of reconstructing and reassembling the Avengers. As the conspiracy erupts around Sam, the film's 90s geopolitical thriller tone is intensified by Laura Karpman's score and Kramer Morgenthau's photography. In addition to the traditional hand-to-hand fighting we are used to seeing in a Captain America Afdah movie, the big action set pieces also incorporate aerial battle. The plot has many moving parts, particularly with three antagonists to contend with, but filmmaker Julius Onah keeps them all in motion for an action-packed, fun, and Hulk-destroying good time.
