Today we cover Mak's first DNF at the Spartan Utah Ultra, a preview of the CT, moving to Hawaii for a month, dealing with a lack of structure and a candid look at mental health issues in the past and present. The episode ends with a fun lighthearted discussion about the topic of death prompted by the book "Smoke Gets in the Eyes". Overall, a very chaotic episode that has become par for the course over here.
