We talk to Ms. Skai Spooner, also known as superwoman (in our eyes)! Skai is a Director of Marketing within the ad tech space, she has lived with anxiety throughout her life and has just brought a sweet baby into the world just over a year ago, with another one on the way. 

She is successful, smart, one hell of a mother - the list truly goes on, yet, she found herself having the toughest of times. Breastfeeding, turning off her brain, sleep, you name it, she was experiencing it.
