“How did you come up with the name, “The Odd Squad”?” our newer listeners often ask us. “Have you met Dan Carson? “ We often ask them back. The truth is –a listener suggested the name for us – adapting the name from the famous television drama of the 70’s – The Mod Squad. We took it as a compliment. However, unlike the famous counter culture crime fighting trio, the most we’ve ever fought is exhaustion and occasionally each other. The Odd Squad has been waking up Calgary at Country 105 for 20 years and each brings their love of country music, of Calgary and their individual brand of “Odd” to the show.
