Description

So, You're a fellow blind person, just like me, who's looking for some advice, or maybe you're a sighted person just looking for some information to help out someone you know. This show is for you my friend. Hi! My name's Alisha, more commonly known as BlindOneLives/Blind1Lives online. I'm visually impaired, and love to educate people about blindness, and show people how we function in daily life. I try my best to do this in a comedic and entertaining way so people will understand and enjoy listening. I also like to try to keep things informative, but simple at the same time.

Social audio is a big trend right now, and sense I'm excited, I decided to give you a list of perfect apps to get you started and involved if you're not already. I'm trying my best to get a weekly content schedule going on at least my blog and podcast, so if you're interested in anything I upload, i'm sorry for neglecting the podcast. You can find me on my blog and socials here on my site at https://blindonelives.vision
In this episode, me, Starkiller1104, and friends Caleb and Michael, share more interesting stories of more things we can be glad we can't see. There's also tangents that only lead to more entertainment, so ride the Rollercoaster to the end with us. It's worth it. You can send me voice messages through the Anchor app, and there will be a place under this episode to ask me questions to be featured in a future episode. Until then, you can visit my site to connect more with me on social media, read my blog, and find content updates and announcements. http://blind-one-lives.vision
In this episode, I go over common misconceptions that society places on blind people. These are only a few, but if you'd like to know more, or you feel I've missed some let me know. Bog news! I have a website! If you want to see the latest updates, visit https://blindonelives.com/ for events, updates, news, and the blog, filled with more blind and Visually impaired resources, and more ways to connect with me.
Stereo is a wonderful app where you can create an avatar and voice chat with people about any topic. Become a superman to message me and ask questions during the live stream. All information is below. You can also tip me. My funds on my podcast are used to cover college expenses, and to support the podcast, so it will really help me out. Thank you! Follow me on stereo: https://stereo.com/blindonelives Listen to the show: https://stereo.com/u/r21dNgIsaPRf To message and ask questions, become a superman. It supports the podcast and my YouTube Channels a lot.
In this episode, I talk with my dear friend Caleb, and my fiancé Starkiller, at his podcast, Stupid Crap with Starkiller, about things us blind people thankfully don't have to unsee. Feel free to look him up. My friend Caleb does not have a podcast, but is still worthy of a feature, as he is a fellow blindie, and his stories don't disappoint.
In this episode, I cover apps specifically designed to be accessible for blind and visually impaired people, and daily use apps that just happened to be accessible.
In this episode, I talked about what college virtually has been like for me, shared some advice, shared a productivity tip, and also shared a pretty entertaining story, so be sure to stick around to the end for that.
