Women serial killers' make-up just 11% of all cases in the past century. In recent decades it’s more like 5 to 7%. Up until 40 years ago, law enforcement believed there were no women serial killers. They never identified them because it was believed women were incapable of the depravity needed for these horrific crimes. Women serial killers have been around since the 16th century. Opioid deaths rose 29% during the pandemic. Not a huge surprise that people were self-medicating during a difficult time. The overload of the pandemic and the election, the illegal drug trade has been able to multiply their efforts. The (STOP) act put in place in 2017 was meant to prevent and enforce criminal cartels from being able to ship illegal drugs to America via the International Postal Service.
