tuitions in Europe for college, grad school, University are like 1k/year, no matter what reputation that institution has .. . the 'socialist system' haha. start earning 100 % from day 1 after you graduate...

yes, was going to say the same thing about New Zealand... I'm sure many countries have this scheme: you pay back your government issued student loan as a percentage of your income until the loan is repayed. Very similar.
