I’m listening to 228. It has me really confused. I was under the impression that oranges, bananas, pasta and a few other things she mentions are all anti keto foods? Why would those things be a staple in my pantry. If I’m staying under 20 net carbs a day I can’t go near those foods!

I listened to a couple of the recent episodes and really liked the content. However, when I scrolled down to the first few episodes, many of them are titled wrong and its upsetting when I really wanted to hear about certain key things and the episode be titled wrong. How can you confuse "hormones on birth control" with "breathing techniques" (episode 25)
