Also on the show, Goubtube passed through to give us some life lessons in being an successful content creator, and to play some games. Lucy Patterson was ill this week so we had lovely Kevin join us for some film reviews.
Sophie Craig joined Jahannah as a special co-host. Maddy Anholt chatted about her Edinburgh Fringe ‘Herselves’. David Bryan also stopped by to talk about his show ‘Trashed’. Gabriel Gonzalez chatted about his new web series All of Them. Lucy Patterson, our resident film reviewer, shared her views on the most recent film releases.
First up we had Elf Lyons in the studio to talk about her new show PELICAN at Soho Theatre. Up next was the lovely producer Hannah Elsy and cast member Luke Lane of The Quentin Dentin Show. Also in the studio we had BAFTA nominated Elhum Shakerifar came in to chat about feature film A Syrian Love Story ahead of Shubbak Festival. Isabel and Dora from Shit Faced Showtime passed through to tell us about their drunken antics on stage. Also, we played out when Teej met main stars of new Tupac film Demetrius Shipp Jr. and Kat Graham.
This week Katie Beard joined Jahannah as her cohost! Ursula Martinez passed through to talk about her show at Soho Theatre Free Admission. Also in the studio we had director of film Access All Areas; Bryn Higgins. Last but not least we had the makers of online sci-fi series Eris, starring… Jahannah! They went on Facebook Live to play some spacey games and to kick off their Kickstarter campaign! Of course, not to forget our resident film reviewer Lucy Patterson.
Huw Samuel stepped in this week to help out Jahannah! On this show Teej caught up with Josh Helman of My Name is Lenny and Jahannah spoke to Nick Broomfield about ‘Whitney: Can I Be Me’. In the studio we had Kevin MacDonald to talk about Touching The void and stars of BLISS! Montserrat Lombard and Freya Parks. Also, they spoke to Dawn Sievewright and Frances Mayli of Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour and creators of Holy Crap Benji and Nicholas. And breathe…..
Noel was flying solo this week – almost! Noel’s on-screen wife Shanika Warren joined him as his guest co-host. Also on the show Jed Shepard to talk about Dawn of The Deaf at this years London Sundance Festival and Duane Henry popped by for a way overdue catch up. Also in the studio was the very talented Gareth O’Connor to talk new play Danny in the Deep Blue Sea. Last but not least, our resident film reviewer Lucy Patterson join Noel and Shanika to talk the newest film releases.

George Evans, co-director of the marvelously scary play The Gap In The Light. On the phone we had Allison Kugel to talk about her new book ‘Journaling Fame: A Memoir of a Life Unhinged and on the Record’. Finally, we had Lucy Patterson with some more honest film reviews.
