“You can accomplish anything you set your mind to but it will feel so much better when you're not stressing yourself out in the process.” -Kim Sutton    How do you feel at the end of the day when you look at your to-do list? Do you feel frustrated because you were not able to finish them all? Or do you go, “Nah! It’s fine!” Rarely do we say the latter. The reason? We tend to expect too much.    This week, Kim discusses why we need to stop torturing ourselves with too many expectations and tips that can help us set reasonable and realistic expectations of ourselves and other people. She also shares how to manage our expectations in the business setting so we can maximize our productivity and protect our relationship with our team and the clients we work with.   Tune in for part 4 of the  L.I.V.E B.E.T.T.E.R Framework where Kim takes you on a fascinating transformational journey of Working Smarter Not Harder, one letter at a time!   Check out my website for shownotes Follow Kim on: Facebook LinkedIn Twitter Highlights: 01:32 “E” for Expectation 04:27 Stop Expecting Too Much 07:50 Your Expectation on Others 11:03 Minimize Expectation, Maximize Productivity

Sometimes, we even get drained faster than our smartphones. If only we are rechargeable like our batteries.    Oh, wait!… We are!    We do have something called “sleep” and “good food”. We just forget to get ourselves on that charging mode because of our list of unending tasks. We skip meals, we cut short our sleep, and we know we don’t want to live like this anymore. “Think about how you can under-promise and over-deliver and excite people when you are able to do more for them rather than the other way around. Remember, it's so much easier to build your business off referrals from making your clients and customers happy than having to go out from ground zero every single time.” -Kim Sutton   Sometimes, it’s easier to break a promise we made to ourselves than to others although deep down, we know this shouldn’t be. This week, Kim shares her own journey with integrity and how it changed the way she serves her clients.    Often, we think of integrity as pertaining to other people. But there is also something called personal integrity. Kim talks about how developing integrity as entrepreneurs can help us under-promise and over-deliver so our clients stay happy and satisfied without us being stretched to the limit.    Tune in for part 2 of the  L.I.V.E B.E.T.T.E.R Framework where Kim takes you on a fascinating transformational journey of Working Smarter Not Harder, one letter at a time!   Check out my website for shownotes Follow Kim on: Facebook LinkedIn Twitter Highlights: 02:09 “I” is for Integrity 04:50 Kim’s Integrity Journey 06:26 Under-Promise Over-Deliver 09:03 Say No!
