Personality Cipher is a week day podcast discussing human temperament. Our ongoing mission is to provide you with the resources to understand yourself and others, and then the tools to improve your personal and professional relationships. We do this first and foremost as a daily podcast show which will provide you with daily insights on how you can pick up on the subtle cues of your companions and then use those subtle cues to transform your interactions with them in a mutually beneficial way.

Today we return with an example of Tacticians in leadership by covering Erwin Rommel. Erwin Rommel known as "The Desert Fox" was a German General in WWII. Admired both his people and his Opponents for his chivalric behavior and brilliance as a tactical commander. 
On request we are covering some tips for the temperament of your Valentine. How does each archetype view the holiday, what do they want and expect out of their romantic relationships on Valentines Day?
Today we return with an example of Strategists in leadership by discussing Napoleon Bonaparte. Napoleon rose to prominence during the french revolution for his brilliance as a military leader, then became its Emperor. Before he was eventually deposed he reshaped the cultural and political landscape of Europe. 
Today we explore another historical example of temperament in leadership with Martin Luther. Martin Luther, a Diplomat, essentially founded the Christian Reformation. Learn what elements of Martin Luther's temperament aided him as a successful leader.
Today we discuss a historical example of a very successful logistical leader, George Washington. Why was he a successful leader? What were his strengths and weaknesses?
