The prophet Habakkuk received the answers to his prayers only to discover it was an answer he didn’t ask for or want. The people of Judah would be judged for their sins, but the righteous would live by faith.
In the book of Habakkuk we discover that God's ways are not our ways, nor His thoughts like our thoughts. The prophet Habakkuk cries out to the Lord seeking an answer to solve the problem of sin and rebellion among God's people. In this message we hear how the Lord responds to answer the prophet's complaint.
Why does God allow suffering and injustice to prevail? How long will He allow evil to dominate the world? Why doesn’t He do something about it? In the Book of Habakkuk we find the prophet Habakkuk wrestling over these very questions.
In this message, Brother Whitt Madden examines what it means to have a Gospel-Driven Worldview. The Apostle Paul tells us in Romans 12:1-2 that our minds must be transformed by the power of the Gospel. Our worldview matters because it sets us apart from unbelievers, helps us progress, spiritually, and it gives us everything we need to live our lives in light of the truth of the Gospel.
